Attorney David B. Wilson is a native of West-central Indiana, growing up on a dairy farm in northern Putnam County. David attended Wabash College and graduated with a BA in History with honors in May of 1978. He then attended Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law and graduated with honors in August of 1980.
David was admitted to the Indiana Bar in September of 1980 and was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Indiana. Additionally, David was admitted to practice in the nearby states of Minnesota and Illinois.
In 1987, David tried his first jury trial against two trucking companies. Since then David has tried jury trials in all types of personal injury cases, including car and truck accidents, injuries to children, and medical negligence.
From 1990 to 1996, David practiced in Chicago with a plaintiff personal injury firm. Since returning to Indiana in 1996, he has limited his practice to plaintiff personal injury cases.
Since opening his own law firm in 1997, David has represented individuals and families who suffered serious personal injuries or the death of a loved one from the negligence of others.
He now offices out of his hometown, Franklin, but he serves clients all over Indiana.
